For a myriad of reasons, it’s a challenging task for jewelers to publish social media content unless they have dedicated marketing people on staff. The publication process often involves the jeweler having to find numerous brand Dropbox accounts, B2B portals, and emails containing the brand's latest social media content, to download the digital assets for all ad types (single image, carousel and video), to upload the new brand-created content into the retailer's social media pages, to assign an advertising or boosting budget as well as an audience for each piece of published content. Then, jewelers have to repeat the process each day, week or month, as desired. It’s no surprise that most jewelers fail to take advantage of all the great social media content that their brand’s produce for them.
